Hi everyone.
I don't really know what I want to ask...
I just... I don't know. Seriously sorry.

Ok anyway, there's this guy since I've known ever since September.
He have one class together for the WHOLE year.
I had two classes with him last semester though. Was PE.
Found out that he is actually VERY athletic. Amazingly athletic.
I then came to... sorta having these "good" feelings for him.
I... I guess, well, I really admire him. REALLY.
I also came to find out that he is really smart also.
He is also a really sweet guy. A super kind-hearted person. Nice nice.
He is practically the type of guy I'm looking for. Pretty much...

The thing is, he's just seriously... short. Shorter than 5 feet.
I feel like if he was my bf, I would feel very insecure.
Whenever I'm around him, I feel like he's a 10 year old kid.
I did try to talk to him around last year because I liked him in the friend way,
But I don't know... I get this feeling that he's scared of me. Seriously.
I mean, for some reason, I'm always smiling whenever I strike a conversation with him.
Like one time we were dancing in PE [had to], I was his partner, and I said something to him and smiled, and he flashed a big smile back also.
Sometimes when I talk to him and just randomly smile, he would smile too.
And other times when I talk to him, he doesn't smile at all and gives me this look which makes me feel like a total stranger.

And now, ever since semester 2 started, I noticed him looking at me.
It's a bit awkward, because sometimes I would actually catch him doing it and him looking away.
My friend said that she did see him looking at me once in class.
I feel really funny.
I mean I really wanna be his friend and all, and before I really did keep on telling myself that no matter how good he is, I would never like him in THAT kind of way.
But now, I'm REALLY not sure.
I know I sound so shallow right?
What do you think I should do? =S

No need to tell you you're being shallow, because you know that already. What needs to be said is that if you think this guy is such a catch? Then don't let height deter you from getting with him. It's not like he's 3'0.

=) He sounds like a really nice guy... and nice guys don't come around that often.
Nobody is perfect. You won't ever (or at least, often) find the most attractive guy paired up with a most sincere, engaging personality.

I say you think about whether your feelings for him are true, regardless of his height, and go for it if you realize you like him. Good luck!

Sounds like a really cool guy but your dillema is about his height? Don't sweat it! Eventually everyone will age & get uglier but personality will always be there. Think about that
