I don't really look at their lips... most of the guys I know that have big lips are the ghetto fabulous black guys who sag their pants... everything kinda takes away from their personality...

lol, what if your bottom lip is big and your top lip is small? I think whatever looks good with the other facial features is attractive. Otherwise, I think personality > features any day. There can be a really cute guy with the most attractive lips in the world, but if there's garbage coming out of those lips he can forget it.
