I wanted to know what program is good, for capturing high quality (clear not blurry) screenshots? I used Windows Movie Maker, but it came out bad! Here is an example of good screenshots that I want:

It's not the program you use that determines the quality of your screenshot, but rather the original quality of your video. You can try this?
