Very possibly, yes, because createBlog does not condone profanity; it's just not classy. We also reject graphics that include any swear words, as you can see here. Um.. also, the moderator who rejected your layout should've provided you a reason as to why your layout was rejected. If they didn't, you can personally PM said moderator, with a link to your layout (because we go through many many submissions a day) to refresh their memory and ask why it was rejected.

ok... i was using a text brush that feature the 'f' word. Its gone now, plus i even made the image quality a little better. should i resubmit?

^ You could give it a try. It could also be the quality, the style, etc. I'd recommend you PM the mod who rejected it first before resubmitting it.

nah.... i didnt really like that layout anyway. I was trying to make something girly to appeal to those who like that style. But i realised i shouldnt post anything i dont even like. soo... thats scrapped. lol
