Settings: Entry Order Options

I wanted to reverse the order of my entries, but I forgot how I once did this on an old account of mine. I've found information on how to (atleast I think) but it's incredibly confusing I never had to go through this process before. Unless it's new. But it's so confusing.

Can somebody please, please tell me how I can simply change the order of my entries? There must be a simple way of doing this.
