Hey Kiera!! XD.gif How have you been?! I'm going to community college to get my basics out of the way (I graduated early so I have time to spare...) and then I'm going to head to University of Texas. I'm going to plan a trip to Austin first to see if I like it. I heard it was a pretty cool town to live in. biggrin.gif

I'm doing great, thanks for asking. happy.gif

Community college, eh? Smart choice. Sometimes I wish I had just went that route to take care of my Gen Eds first then transfer to a major university.

I've never been to Austin but I went to Fort Worth three summers ago. I had always heard about Texas's infamous heat but I felt like an egg frying on the sidewalk the whole time I was there. The heat was like nothing I had ever had to deal with before.

It's an especially good choice for me because I have connections here. Plus, I see a lot of people who can't stand the pressure and run between community college and Sam or UT. And I don't have to worry about any community college jokes because my friends either went there beforehand or haven't graduated high school.

Oh God, the heat and humidity is killer here compared to most places (I've lived near the Gulf and it's down-right deadly). I live outside of Houston now. Our summers are hell and winters are pretty harsh (well, at least to us.) To be honest, I don't think I could survive winter in most other states.

Where are you going to school?

I use to go to the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. I changed by major like five times. oro.gif I was so confused and unfocused about what I wanted to do with my life back then. So, I decided to take a leap and do something I have a passion for which is Interactive Media/ Graphic Design. I go to the Art Institute of Tampa now and loving it.

OMG! I completely forgot that you were studying Graphic Art! Oh, you're wonderful at it already. You're going to be amazing when you graduate! I bet it's so interesting and fun. Haha, here you're living in Florida and you're complaining about Texas heat?! Last time I went to Florida I thought I'd die of heat stroke!!!
