do anyone know any good tutorials to make graphics like these

thanks the color palettes are very helpful but i need tuts to learn how to make those.

... Why not try looking at the other tutorials? The second one does look quite similar to a vector.

If you used some the the effets in Photoshop (under artistic something or another) and resized it ... I think they'd look similar, if not exactly the same. |

If you want more specific vector tutorials you can go to good-tutorials.com or vexels.net . But you can't expect a tutorial on how to do the exact thing. For the pixel-ish one I also suggest searching good-tutorials for that.
