Melting snow. Yesterday everyone's like, "Snow days on Wed and Thurs!!!!" Today everyone's like, "It's not gunna snow." I don't want it to snow though, sure snow days would be cool, but it's Valentine's Day. I don't want to stay home from that.

Major snow storm. All the other colleges in the 5 College Consortium - Amherst College, UMass-Amherst, Smith, and Hampshire have closed down for the day except for us. So I have classes to go to :( The weather's horrible out there. There's so much snow, wind and ice.

We're getting rain all day in combination with 15-20 mph winds and 4-6 ft. waves.
There was supposed to be a carnival parade in about 3 hours although it more than likely has been cancelled, which is a total bummer for the groups that have been working on their suits, etc... since last year's carnival. On the good side, they'll probably have another chance next weekend. |
