He was flaunting superlative results, which were voted upon by the community.

Additionally, I would like to add that staff members are people, too. They aren't going to follow you around cB and monitor every single one of your posts. Also, I don't condone Seon Ho's special treatment, but eh, what can you do.

Alright, i was confused about MoM and Superlative Results... It's funny how you say, "but eh, what can you do." as if you can't help but give him special treatment. Ha ha, if that's the case your are admitting to the double standard set on this website.

You people are missing the entire point of this post. True, krnxswat is the most blatant and obvious example of Bias throughout this community. But he is not the only example of injustice. And it's true, I did break the rules and I am now being "punished" for it, but the majority of my deconstructive behavior was directed towards those who I felt were treating either me or someone else unfairly. And though I could have possibly toned down on the bashing, most of my posts have been directed towards a clear purpose and those have always held relevant to the argument. The reason I started this thread was to bring to the forefront my realization that the rules are unbiased and to hold a discussion. Not to bitch about krnxzwat who should only be pitied if anything for trying so desperately to hold onto this site by the threads. He's been banned, punished and has left numerous times yet always finds his way back. Let him feel some form of grotesque superiority on this internet web forum to at least give him a fraction of the self-dignity he lacks in his real life.
The fact is that the thread I was originally penalized for "Mod bashing" in had examples throughout the pages of other people I had bashed, yet nothing was done. I'm not trying to flaunt these actions, merely showing that the evidence was there, so why not punish me for those actions or punish countless other members who take part in random, purposeless member bashing. I would also like to point out that I was given an original warning level for something very minor, so I sent my arbiter a link to a post I had made previously showing how much worse it was than the one I was being punished for. I was then given yet another warning level, this time with a mod preview added to it(I am also curious as to the end date of this current penalty). What exactly was the point of this?

In regards to Kurd Jam, you accuse me of not being constructive or supportive, yet all you're doing here is being deconstructive and unsupportive. In fact, I have yet to see one post from you on this entire website that wasn't pointing out the inefficiency in someone else. Respect is reciprocal.

3.- The staff acts on the flood of stupid; some people get warned some don't. People whine about it claiming a double standard when they're the ones screwing the place up in the first place, making the staff members' job more difficult because:

i) The number of occasions where the staff needs to take part in increases accordingly to the complaining.

ii) People don't help staff deal with problems, but keep claiming about double standards without taking into consideration their role in the whole mess.

Also, I'd like to say that I didn't realize most of CBers are attendiing HighSchool when I said this:

ii) We have no motivation to act like we do in the everyday world.

Then assume those people suck, and do less selective reading.

Wow, you know you're absolutely right. It is everybody else. They're all just ridiculously stupid. But YOU, oh man, you're like Adonis of the brain, God of what's intelligent. Stop kissing your own ass and try doing something productive.

Especially if your going to tell others to do the same... it's a little hypocritical don't you think? I get the feeling that your the type who tears others down in efforts to build yourself up. When someone makes a statement you criticize them for it or take to a tone of voice that can be taken seriously or sarcastically. That way you can decide what type of mood you were in when you posted your vague remark after they reply.

I'll admit some of the "over-the-head" statements you shill do make sense and are intelligent, but most of them tend to give me and possibly others the impression that you may be just another forum a-hole who tries intimidate others by using big words or "confusing" statements to make them feel stupid. You're the type of cB scum that drives new members way from the site making them feel like they can't fit in by being themselves.

I see that you laugh at the idea of respect being reciprocal. I guess it is a relative statement, maybe the statement doesn't apply to you, but it does to us. You do realize that we don't go out of our way to bash people who don't disrespect us. We stick to busting the balls of members who openly make fun of us. Maybe you haven't noticed, but we (or at least I) don't bash someone unless they disrespect TUT or me.

With respect, "ignorance", and for some "unknown" reason I would like to quote Will Ferrel from his recent movie "Talladega Knights": "With all due respect, I didn't realize you'd gotten experimental surgery to get your balls removed."

Next statement I will take to PM, and I would advise to do the same if you're going to run off topic.

For claiming that your purpose to join this site was to be a dick, you're only managing to piss troll yourself off here. You are still welcome to try to discuss the subject you brought up, provided that you have something else to reply criticism with than random remarks about the person arguing your posts.

I don't play PM or AIM/MSN/etc... chit-chat games, very much less when the person inviting me to do so has made sure to prepare the ground beforehand in an open topic. If you really want to talk, do so openly or else feel free to drop the issue.

All I have to say is behind this link. But all I need to call you on your bullshit is behind this other.

Playing games... isn't that what this web site's about? I'm not playing games or am I? Are you playing games? How would anyone know? How about this, instead of pretending like your clever and you're going to call my bullshit. Why don't you just go ahead and do it?

Okay, both of you: keep your personal feelings out and discuss the topic at hand.

----

I was under the impression that this thread was to discuss the inconsistency of staff when giving out warnings of any form but Jeremy says it's not. So besides pointing out (and reiterating) a couple of exceptions, what feedback can be taken out of this thread?

Mona, to be honest. I have no clue.

The only thing I get out of it, was to just prove a point that staff doesn't exactly treat every situation fairly.

And that's exactly what I asked him to do.

Yay! Ive decided to revive an old topic of mine that I was actually quite proud of. Many big words. haha. Okay, I'll explain as clearly as possible why I never make any sense.

Sometimes my mind races and what I write down is not necessarily the idea Im trying to convey, merely the closest thing I can think of at the time. So yes, sometimes I do contradict myself, but that is only because I get lost in my own thoughts from time to time. Oh well.

Yes, the point I was trying to make was to point out the inconsistencies of the staff in the punishment process but since I have not been too active of late, Im not sure if proper ramifications have been made.

Let's face it- there's plenty of favoritism at work here. And the mods refuse to answer to it. My warning level still hasn't been dropped. What a piece of shit.

My warning level is at sixty percent, which I couldnt be happier about. I think this site has become so goddamn lenient this past year. I can remember a time when Josh was put on Mod preview just for being sarcastic. Well F uck that, Im happy its changed and I hope we had something to do with it.
