If you have image ready (comes in a package with photoshop), you can imagemap.
I'm pretty sure you can find some freeware on download.com or something. |

Well, I usually use ImageReady or Dreamweaver.
[EDIT] Check this out. It's a free Image Mapper. http://download.com.com/3000-2381-10149949.html?tag=lst-0-8 |

You can use Photoshop if you have it. I'm not entirely sure about anything else, though.
If you have Photoshop, 1. Select the slice tool 2. Use it to cut out the space you want to use 3. Right click >> edit slice options 4. Obviously, add the URL link...you can also change other things if you'd like. Click OK. 5. When you're done, File >> Save For Web >> Save >> Choose name/folder, and so on... Not sure If you know what to do from this point, but I'll cover it anyways. If you use this on an actual web site, make sure you upload ALL of the images in the folder (It'll save to one folder, most likely named "Images"). Copy the code from the .HTML file to where ever you're using it, and make sure the links to the image parts are correct. For example, if you upload the images to your Images folder, make sure the image link looks something like this: Images/filename.jpg Hope that didn't confuse you... BUT. On the other hand, if you plan to use this on Xanga, Myspace, or some sort of blog...you'll have to upload the images online, and change the image links from "filename.jpg", to the URL of the image you uploaded online. Sorry if this confuses you. |

You do realize this topic is from 2004. This is REALLY old, you shouldn't bring back old topics. A moderator will most likely close this.

Guys, please don't bump two year old topics. I'm SURE they've figured this out by now.
