Well decided to bump this to ask you guys your opinions about the new (screwed) patch and AquaRoad.

Aquaroad to me isn't so bad, the monsters there have good exp points.

I've seen members say that they've seen someone get a zakum helmet or ilbis from a snail.
As of now I'm killing Shockers in Aquaroad to look for a Deadly Fin for my bandit. I don't know if they drop or not, but a few people have found it before.

The blacklist doesn't work for me, does it for you?

I'm level 67 Cleric. 1 level til I use Angel Wings and wear level 68 overall!!!! and and and AND!!! 3 more levels til I become a priest, How EXCITING IS THAT?! *GASP*

wow last time I played MS was hella long ago I was a 97 dragon knight played in scania..hella crowded had a 72 hermit. had mad mesos almost 60 mil, but then I stopped. lol

Maple Story, doh. ._.

Started a fire mage, stopped training at level 74. Quit it at level 77.
Started a ranger, trained until level 104. Quit playing altogether.

The game nowadays circles around grinding and getting your money sucked by Nexon; avoid it like the plague unless a decent update (aka nothing less than a whole new world) is made.

I downloaded it and everything, and it froze my computer. Then I had to reboot my laptop, and everything on my computer was enlarged! The icons and stuff were huge. So I had to resize it. I finally got it to work.

Then I got paranoid and removed all of it from my laptop, and now I want it back. It's a fun game. I'm addicted, but I don't want it to screw up my laptop even more.

What do I do?

The most obvious would be going through Maple Story's troubleshooting section before reinstalling the game >_>; .

Under the suport section, click on "FAQ" on the popup menu. Then the game guide will load, including technical help.

If your problem isn't listed there, you can check any of the major Maple Story forums which do have also a technical discussion subforum (sleepywood.net, for example). =)

Whoo. I got it to work. =)

The only problem now is that when I click the icon, it doesn't connect to the server. =( I played it twice, and it worked fine. Are there too many people using the server or something?

Do you mean the icon on your desktop?

Maple story warns you of user overload after you have succesfully logged in, sounds like you're having another kind of problem. Myself, I had issues with the firewall I used at the time (zonealarm) which wouldn't let MapleStory to connect x(.
