I registered here as Zatanna and kept that name until a few months ago when I had it changed to Duchess of Dork.

Zatanna is my muse. She's a DC Comics character that I feel akin to for some reason. I use that name often or I use one of her nicknames (Zee or Zanna) when I register pretty much anywhere online. Many of my online friends or those who have known me for a while refer to me as "Zee."

Duchess of Dork sort of came about when I was really needing a change. I thought since I was here so often, I'd start here. I've had Duchess of Dork as my title on my MySpace for a while (I still have it, but it's in French, sort of). Basically, I'm a dork and a big one at that. But sometimes I feel really really old. LOL So I decided that Duchess would work. I've also been called Duchess before by a few friends since I have a sarcastic, sometimes condescending way of responding to people at times. wink.gif

I was designing a layout with a "digital.fragrance" theme... I made a test xanga on http://xanga.com/digitalfragrance... and I liked the title theme so much that I changed my username.

Brandon Saunders. Real name, no gimmicks.

Sidenote: That doesn't sound as cool as when Obie Trice does it. Oh well

x1227x: This is pretty much self-explanitory. I got this from my birthday date. I just added the x's because 1227 was taken.

Sephora.: It sounded so.... unique and I really liked it. =] I also got it from the make-up brand, Sephora. xD

annonymous.: I got this from a nickname my friend gave me a while ago. It was kind of funny so I thought I'd put it as my display name.

OH! Shall we go through them all? This could get long, you know.

C.Lime.Jello.: Well ... Um ... I might've put jello in the microwave once. The C stands for combustable, in case you didn't know.

nyah-nek0: Literally meaning "nyah cat," nyah is a sound I make at the end of my sentances to screw with people sometimes. And I get called various names involving cats anyways. I mew in the rain, you know.

fishcake-y: Kamaboko (the best food in the whooooooole world) in English = fishcake. Therefore, fishcake-y is having the qualities of fishcake. Which, I do not have ... But it sounds better than just fishcake by itself, you know.

[b]ai + you[/i]: Meant to be read as "I plus You." This is mostly wordplay, because ai in Japanese means love. But you pronounce it like I, so it carries the double meaning of ... I guess, "you plus me" and then "love you." Besides, it just sounds cool.

(I can't remember how many of these I've explain and how many I haven't. The last one is new, so that counts even if all the others have been explained.)

heheh, it's really quite simple. my actual name, "brigitta" is a little hard for young kids to pronounce, and when i was a baby, my two-year-old sister dubbed me "my gita" and it's stuck ever since then. little kids that i babysit especially like it, considering it's a shortened version.
