New Mission 03/17/07

So far The Unholy Trinity has been given a bad reputation as being disrespectful and crude, but actually we are here to speak freely without fear of hostility or reprimand. Not to say that we are miscreants, but rather revolutionaries on a mission of liberation for the free thinking mind. The idea that all members of this site must conform to an emotionless state of almost mechanical etiquette is a declination of uniqueness and all human rights. Our mission, nay our crusade is based on the belief that all should be able to speak free and clear without looking behind their shoulder for a tyrannical authority figure in need of a name for themselves.

Simply put, members of The Firm are expected to:

1. stand up for community members who are being bashed
2. support fellow members
3. complete assigned tasks
4. speak their minds
5. have no fear of reprimand
6. contribute to both CB and The Firm.
7. have fun

You must find your own path. We do not accept applications. All are welcome to try, and many will enter into the Firm. We do not choose, rather it is through your own skill and admonition that you will be allowed to become one of our followers. To walk the path you must show interest in the JUC.

Simply put, to join The Unholy Trinity:

1. PM Uronacid, JakeKKing, or The Abominable C-Pillar
2. we will interview you.
3. you get accepted.

Follow the path, we will choose only the most devoted followers to rise in within the tiers of The Unholy Trinity.

Tiers: All tiers are achieved and completed after a number of missions have been finalized and experience points have been gathered. There will be absolutely no tier jumping. For example...If you have just been accepted into the Unholy Trinity you now are a believer. If you post anything that a moderator finds suggestive; let this be know that there will be no immediate award or tier jump given when you receive a temporary ban or moderator preview. We will fairly judge your commitment to The Firm and give awards and promotions to those who deserve them.

Well, I wish that were possible but frankly to me it's an impossibility.

I'd like to first comment on the move to the Sandbox:
I'd like to understand what exactly we were moved for? We came from The Lounge which is a highly trafficked and popular grouping to the Sandbox which you need a map and compass to find if you havent accidentally come across it before. The crime that was committed was being off-topic. But that is exactly why we posted in The Lounge in the first place. The headline of The Lounge states "Have a laugh, make new friends. Anything off-topic." Hmmm...? So you're punishing us by moving our perfectly innocent thread for doing exactly what is described? What sense does that make exactly? And I'm sure you(By you I mean IShotJFK you friggin hypocrite) will try to justify this move by saying the Sandbox is more appropriate for what this thread is about. Well I say either put us back where we were in The Lounge or change the headline to read "Have a laugh, make new friends, But Keep Your Ass On Topic Or We Will Castrate You!!!" I also noticed you conveniently moved Zamunda as well. I'm guessing that was to show no bias whatsoever. If you've got a problem with us then punish us. What'd they ever do to you? Not only are you pissing them off but you're alienating us and creating unwanted and unneccessary tension between our two groups. So stop abusing your power, take your problems up with us, and grow a pair goddamnit.

Secondly I'd like to comment on Disco Infiltrator's view that based on my post, our groups wholepoint of being is just mass bashing.
Has it ever occured to youthat the Firm was created by "3" seperate people. Different people think differently. I am not joined at the hip with Josh or Jake and I tend to disagree and view things differently than them. I'll try to put it into terms you'd understand.

Harry Potter disagrees with the smart chick and the red head kid all the time. I'm sure they all think differently. Except when harry is giving it to the red haired guy while he's under a date rape spell. Then they are joined at the waist.

Please do not take what I said and try to badmouth our group. That has absolutely nothing to do with the original post of rules, I was stating my opinion and my thoughts. That's what a forum is for. But I do appreciate the deconstructive criticism. It helps us grow. Thank you.

(Getting Back to Point One)
So hopefully other members of the firm will back me up on this and though I do appreciate the random question post every now and again, the perfectionists do not. Let's start a movement to get back to the Lounge. Or just start another thread. Whatever works.
If anyone tries to close this thread, I would appreciate it if they would at least have the courage to PM me, Josh, or Jake to give just cause.

Jeremy, there was this whole discussion in the Feedback topic titled "Clubs". The staff and mods stated the reason(s) if there were any, why they did what they did. I suggest you post this in the Feedback section. You make a good point and I agree with you 100 percent but what you said must be seen by the staff.
