i'd like to pull out my lame card on this one.

simply put, the unholy trinity is a way to bitch about how unfairly treated you are.

QUESTION!

didnt someone have the username intercourse. or was holly pretending to be someone else the whole time...or am i losing it?

That is a lame way to put it, but no it's not. It's about saying what you want to say, and sticking up for those that get shaft for being new or not popular.

You can ask Holly.

and being in the unholy trinity is going to promote me to speak my mind? i can do that freely and don't need to be rewarded for it.

Well, many people on this site are overly critical, and it encourages new members to leave or stop sharing their thoughts and ideas. I would like to make this club to encourage new members to stay and contribute to the community.

Are you being critical right now?

critical? hardly. i just dont think there needs to be a freedom of speech club. critical would be telling people to speak their minds and then telling them that it's very hard to get into the group because not everyone can be special enough. i forgot where i read that though.

So... in order to have freedom of speech, you needto pass an interview?

huh.gif

I was trying not to even go there, but my confusion level maxed out.

Well yeah, I over-simplified.

It is just odd that a club which promotes free speech for all would have selective membership.

Frankly, I don't really care, because in all likelihood this will crash out as a spamfest within the week, but I just thought I'd point it out.

Oh, and I'm not joning. As if. But, alas, that would make any further posts on my part spam, so, i depart.

Shouldn't you be kind of supportive of the things that happen around the community and not just dislike it and show hatred just because you don't like the person that created it.. mellow.gif

Sheesh, I mean come on guys its a club if their going to interview you more than likely their just going to ask if you would be dedicated to the club and not just join and never talk to the members like all the others clubs around here for the most part.

Well, it looks as though our little group, firm, collective, whatever is not being as widely accepted as we had hoped. I believe the original idea behind the group was to just have fun without worrying about the consequences. Obviously whats fun for one may not be for others. That's of course where these rules come in.
No member bashing, No Post Trolling, etcetera and so forth, why not? Am I physically hurting this person? Am I ever going to meet this person? The fact is that 90%(not really a fact. More of a guesstimate) of the people on this site come here in complete anonymity and prefer to stay that way. And why is that? For some, it's to meet new people(again, most likely never in real life but there are a few exceptions. Case in point, Josh and Holly. oooohhh how cute), to converse in a new style, and to have fun. Because one person's idea of fun differs from anothers doesn't mean that fun should be abolished.
If someone is actually becoming upset over what a complete stranger has to say to them, strike back. If it bothers you so much, go somewhere else(like the Sesame Street Forum site). If you are dumb enough to give out your personal information over a populated web forum, you deserve everything that is said about you. The only actual personal information I've given was my first name and even that was offered by someone else first. I came on this site for one reason and one reason only. And that was to piss off the now former member Sean Ho a.k.a. krnxswat for bashing a friend. And seeing as how he quit within a week of our ongoing bashfest, I'd say me and the others who contributed did a damn good job. There are those who will say that had nothing to do with it(Libertie) but I'd say the evidence points to more than a coincedence. And if it's not true, show us what really happened. The guy quit so to hell with him.
I came on to have fun at what I'm best at. To annoy and bash and piss off people. But I also have posted serious replies and have shown a general interest in the site. Didn't exactly help that I was on mod preview the whole time, though lenient it was. What I realized is that there are a variety of different people on this site. There are those who are always serious(Mona, Holly, Dutchess of Dork...), those who are in between(Josh, libertie, the penguin one who I don't remember the name), and flat out annoying hypocrites(Azarel, I Shot JFK, Jake haha, and of course, ME!!!). But one type of person was not shown. This group was originally, and still sort of is, dedicated to giving that unspoken group a voice.
The whole trinity, firm, whatever had its roots set in fun. It's a fact of human nature that it's fun to make fun of others. It truly is. And I'm no stranger to getting made fun of. It happens constantly at my job. But what do I do? Do I piss and moan and cry and "quit"(haha)? No. I reciprocate. It's a beatiful idea and a fun technique. And that is basically my idea of what this group is and should be.

But I could and probably am wrong.

So join if you want. Or don't. Everyone can join. Everyone and anyone. If Sean Ho were still on, he could join and we'd probably rise him through the ranks fast. If you want to think of us as assinine, glory seeking fake rebels on a path of self righteousness with nothing better to do than type out insults and mockeries behind our wall of protection, by all means, please do and tell us. I can't speak for everyone, but I WANT to know when I'm an a-hole. I'm happy to be an a-hole. I wake up each morning with fresh ideas of assholiness. If you feel you're not getting your moneys worth and want to try something new, even if it's temporary, please join and help us grow more spiritually, intellectually, verbally. sociably, monetarily, and other ..ly words that I don't have the patience or the vocabulary to recount right now. Take care and I hope to see you all on the sites from time to time. And when I see you, I hope you are in good spirits and know how to take a joke. Laters.

P.S. Now on a Seaport, Nino on Intro, Paesano Won. Suck it Jake

I really think if you have nothing nice to say dont post in here.

Theres a difference between criticism, skepticism and then having the right of freedom of speech.

But the fighting in here needs to stop. and im not talking about some of the actual constructive criticism that was given on here by Rebecca and by a few others.

If you have a issue PM one of us as our PM links are posted at the beginning of the thread and we can try to awnser any questions you have about the club. If you feel uncomfortable talking to the Trinity leaders [Josh,Jake,Jeremy] then talk to me on AIM or in PM i dont bite. But if its shit like :

I spoke to Seon Ho before and after he had unregistered and your bashing on him is not the reason why he asked to be unregistered. So unless he lied to me and Dani (Libertie), you're wrong; if you want to think otherwise, you're free to do so. Show you what? Would it make any difference? You care that much about an anonymous person you will most likely never meet? Just let it go.

And why, oh why would you strike back? This is the internet; things can be and are very easily misunderstood. Sort things out before you strike back.

Um, no; I'm not always serious. But I'm definitely serious if/when you or anyone else tries to disturb peace on createblog. As an administrator, it's what I do and what I should do.

I cannot do anything if you want to annoy people but if you bash members here, no, it will not be tolerated so you, yourself, may want to look for another forum if you don't like it.

I don't think createblog is restrictive on anyone's freedom of speech. Some people may not agree with you and your ideas, however, but that comes with the territory. I don't mind this thread staying open (I can see how hard you guys put into making this and it is a club, though a tad bit exclusive), as long as the community guidelines are followed. Anyone is free to voice opinions, as long at the freaking community guidelines are followed. This has been stressed so many times that I don't understand why this issue is always brought up.

Sleep is beckoning. >_>

Well personally on the whole bashing subject, If you have a problem with what we say please just stop reading it. Some people can take hash advice or even a joke while others can't. What ever catagory you fall into just have fun with it. Sometimes you have to laugh at yourself. It makes things whole lot better.

And at least where I live according to The First Amendment we are guaranteed the freedom of worship, of speech, of the press, of assembly, and of petition to the government for redress of grievances.

So If we are yelled at by the mods can we petition?
