not only did i have my family on that day..
i have my boyfriend!!

what day would you want to be asked out on??

Hmm, I suppose at this age I don't really get worked up over getting "asked out".. or really, it more or less doesn't happen. It's just a verbal agreement that we're exclusive now, rather than just dating.

However, for the sake of the topic (or perhaps thinking about the perfect proposal).. To me, the best time is when it feels right, and if it feels right NOW I'd rather that he doesn't put it off until a specific day. It holds more meaning that way knowing that he doesn't have to hold it in, and I'll be sure to remember it regardless. _smile.gif

Well being the hopeless romantic that I am, Valentine's and Christmas would be super cute to be asked out.

But...me and my boyfriend got together on the 8th of October last year...a perfectly normal day planned for a group study thing at my house...until I decided to ask him how he felt about me before other friends came over...and we ended up being together =] So now the 8th of every month is special ^^

My answer? Idealistically and in a romantic sense, any holiday and birthday is cute. But realistically, any day is fine =P Because by being asked out, it would turn THAT day special ^^

I'd love to be asked out on New Year's so that it'd be hella easy to remember our anniversary. (I have a horrible memory)

i would not like to be asked out on my birthday, valentines day, new years, christmas && shit like that.

itd be too easy to remember & once you break up .. it might be painful to remember the day you guys got together & whatnot.

thats just me though.

lol, I never really thought about this. Even when I was younger, it didn't really matter to me. I was just more happy at the fact that my crush asked me out on a date. I didn't care what day it was lol.
I would prefer it not being on a Holiday though.
Could be cute I guess. . . But nah. . . A regular day is fine with me.

because that day they asked u out is a special day!! you dont want to ruin your b-day, v-day, christmas, new years, whatever holiday..

what happens when u break up that holiday or whatever they asked you out on will always suck from now on!!!
