can you help? Options

i took this picture of my friend. but it got blurry somehow :(

i don't have photoshop but if there is anyone out there who has the software to uhh "unblur" the picture?

Actually, if the original hard copy of an image is as blurry as you've shown, there's nothing anybody can really do. The photo was blurry when you took either because your hands shook or because the lens wasn't focused (it looks like the latter in this case). But yeah, there's really nothing anybody can do to sharpen the image so I'm going to close this, but if you have any further questions, please feel free to PM me.
