Well, what does he like?

Maybe a nice portable heater. Target is having a sale on them. eyebrowes.gif

Depending on how well you two know each other, either a photoalbum or just a picture in a nice frame. Maybe also include a little souvenier from the state you live in now, too. _smile.gif

And Kristina, you are too sneaky. shifty.gif

If you guys are close and have known each other for awhile, then I think a photo album, or a photo in a frame would be nice.

Or do like Kristina said, and get him/her a heater. I bet its FREEZING in Minnesotta with all that snow and ice storms they've had. pinch.gif

Get that heater. Seriously. Minnesota can be damn cold.

And if not the heater, something practical. Nothing's coming to mind at the moment, but since he's a 26 year old guy, and I don't mean to stereotype here, but he probably won't be able to do much with a photo album.

You and a bunch of your friends could take him out to dinner shrug.gif it's not a present exactly, but it's more... meaningful? and it's a nice closure too.

Give him something he could use there, or you can give him something that you two enjoyed doing so he can remember you when you leave? If that wouldn't be to weird..

that's what i thought.
i know it may sound cheesy and girly-ish..but get a really cool frame and put a funny picture in there of the two of you.

and get him something that will take up his time while he's traveling up there. like..a game for his gameboy or something.
