one column layout? Options

how can i make a layout like this one-

i tried to look at the code and see what it was but i couldn't find it.

basically she added tables under her interest box. Kind of like you would add tables to customize your detail box. I can't get into much detail at the moment since I don't know exactly how you'd want it, but If you'd like me to, do explain.

but when i tried that it didn't really work-
the layout got fat and all out of order.
i like the way she has it,
i guess that basically how i want it.
