a month or mre ago i made my myspace and put a layout on it and now i want a different one i erased the code and put the new one in but the old is still there

Okay, hm try reloading your page this has happened to me before because I have multiple browser windows open. After reloading your page, place the new code in there again and if you use the "preview" feature, make sure you don't go ahead and press "view profile" make sure you save your changes first before viewing your profile.
