well i been with my bf for about 4 months now... and lately.. he never wants to make time to be with me... well i meet another guy.. we known each other for almost a week.. and he says he really likes me... my bf has no idea of that guy... and the guy is making me choose... him or my bf?
and today i talked to my bf... i decieded to break up with him.. cuz things werent the same as b4... and me and the other guy are arguing.. about the other guy... we clicked very fast!! right away... we had an instant connection... a week feels like an eternity with him... im very happy with him do you think i made the right choice to break up with my bf for him? |

Haha. Just kidding. Anyways, I don't know. The guy shouldn't have made you decide between him and your boyfriend. If he respected you enough and had some patience, he would have given you some time to think about it, instead of pressuring you. Well, about breaking up with your boyfriend. I guess you did the right thing since you didn't feel the same way about him as before. |

your a great girl. he shouldnt of acted that way [your ex] and you did the right thing by breaking up. now your saying you and the new guy are fighting? maybe you should take a break before starting a new relationship.

first off, if the "new guy" is making you choose between him (of not even a WEEK) and your b/f (of FOUR MONTHS), he's not worth it ... i have a golden rule, i never break up with one guy for another ... i agree that if things weren't going good with your b/f, maybe you guys should have taken a break, it's even possible he was interested in someone else as well, but only if you break up with him for YOU and not some new guy ... and if you guys were arguing already, regardless of what it was over, maybe this guy isn't worth your time either ... i say stay single for a while, enjoy the free, flirtatious life, you have all the time in the world to choose between men (if God allows)

if you don't feel the same with your boyfriend then it's right for you to have broken up with him...the new guy should have given you time to think things through and not pressuring you to do what he wanted.

the new guy should have waited. i had a friend in a similar situation, and the "new" guy waited for like... half the year, until it started getting ridiculous. that's when he finally said, that she can't just keep playing both of them. well.. she ended up hurting her boyfriend AND the new guy... but i think that jonathon (the new guy) did the right thing.

actually thats sorta happened to me... only the length of time is different. i'm with my guy for almost 7 months and i meet this other guy. but it turned out it was only becasuse of his appareance and his awsome taste in music that attracted me to the new guy, i've just been shrugging it off. i just hope he'll disappear from my head completly. hopefully
 but it all depends on the circumstance . i hope you did do the right thing:smile: |

thanks for the help you guys!!
 well my ex and i are alright... juss wutever makes me happy is fine with him! and the other guy and i are doing great also.. and yeh i do think i made the right choice for myself... im happier than ever!!

it doesnt realli matter what we think..what matters is how you feel about what you did. maybe you and your other bf just werent meant to be and it was a good idea you two split up..but then on the other hand..maybe in the long run you'll regret it..but as long as you're happie..thats all that matters
