I suggest using a color overlay in photoshop by creating a cyan layer over the original image and changing the layer properties to overlay. I don't have photoshop on this computer, so I can't exactly tell you the exact steps, but yeah.

^ or there is an easiar way in photoshop.
what you can to is, open up the image go to image>ajustments>hue/saturation and check colorize and play around with the hue saturation tabs. |
