heh im one of those 'brand whores' people are talking about. sony phone, tv, cd-player, clie, headphones, ps2 (lol does that count?). i have two sony cd players, one is the newer ATRAC-3 slim black one (forgot model number) and an older D-EJ985. the 985 is slim as hell (which is it's main problem; press on it hard and itll stop the cd from spinning), and honestly, both SUCK! so, i go and buy an i-river. again, its freakin horrible... just stick to mp3 players unless you absolutely have to use cds.

oh, and if you really want to just listen to radio, buy a radio, not a cd/mp3 player
