does someone knows or can someone show me a tuttorial .. to do a picture like this ..with the edges of the picture blurly like this one i like it

uhh.
I think you can blur it in photoshop with the blur tool?
but that looks, to me, like it was just softened into a white background. >.>;
Copy the layer of the current pic
filer>>blur>>gaussian blur on the top one.
Press OK. Now for the layer style, change it to either overlay, softlight, or screen.

Take a soft edged eraser and erase around the edges. By soft edge I mean one that gives the blurry fuzzy faded look.

if you want it to be a little ghostly or edges fading, yyous the lasoo tool and set the feather to be 10~20. Then draw the areas where u want it to fade and hit the back or delete button a few times.
Then make sure you have an extra layer below the picture and make it white.
Clik on the picture layer and press ctrl+e.
Then duplicate layer.
Filer>>Blur>>Gausian Blur>> Set it to be 5.00~10.00.
Then make the layer overlay.

OPTIONAL: ctrl+e (merges down layer)
