Well most people find a download of the video. Googling would help. Or you can download screencaps and put those into an animation.

and is screen caps like the print screen thing?? i can't use print screen, it takes too much accuracy.. |

Download videos.. you can search the web. Some sites have downloads to videos like forums or lj communities.
