I'm going to have to change my opinion on Mel. I haven't actually gotten the chance to talk to her these past few weeks and I put my opinion based on past experiences. Now, that I actually did get to talk to her, she's proven to me that she is mature and can handle being a mod. _smile.gif

Well firstly, I think I'll put down my comments and opinions on the applicants as well.

Marzipan - I think you have a good sense of mind what needs to be done in cB, I like the fact that you look at cB as a family community rather just another forum that should be thrashed.

x1227x (Ann) - I know you mean well and want to improve on the community but in my eyes I don't think your ready to handle this job yet, you still have alot to improve on your self before you can take this job. I don't want to get to technical with this but some of your actions I don't think works well if you were to be modded now.

My Cinderella (Jane) - You have alot of energy and you recognize situations and even notice your own probleme. I like the Mature factor about you and how well you confidently think. You said you weren't ready before but I think you are ready now, good luck to you.

Fallingstar (stephanie) - All I can say about her, is that she works hard a very friendly person and has a good open mind about stuff. I wouldn't douobt her ability to be ready for this job.

Diana - Your a great person, and friendly to others. I like the fact that you want to the community out but at the same time I can't imagine you comparing being a chef to being a mod on cb. You didn't state on how you want to improve the community or what you can offer here. Also I don't think you should feel discouraged because the members don't know you well enough, but you should be confident in your ability for this forum. I don't think your time has come yet.

Rachel Is Love - I've seen you around the forums alot and I like the vibe I get from you help other members or when you share your opinion with others. Though I may not know you but I think your good for this job.

Shelby - I like your passion for creativity alot and I know your a great person as well. maybe it wouldn't hurt if you were to be hired. best of luck

James(i shot jfk) - I like your ideas alot and the fact how you can express them, I admire you for this. I also believe you have the skills and the necessary talent to be fitted for a mod, not just by your ideas and opnions but your personality as well.

Tina - Wow I already think I've said enough about her, but yeah Tina is young and very matured for her age. Even when she acts funny and like to joke around she knows how to distinguish between being serious and being foolish. not only that but her ideas speak, and she's one of the most youngest people here that I admire and others admire as well. She's ready , fully loaded and prepared for the job.

Jeng (Melissa) - Mel theres no doubt in my mind that says your ready for this job. it took me awhile to say yes but you've showed to me that your capable of handling this job and your one of them Many active members on here thats well liked and likes to be around you. I think your personality wouls add up some style to the staff team.

Krnxswat (Seon Ho) - I remember a long time ago like 2 years ago when you were on the staff here, I respected you then and I still respect you now. I wouldn't mind if you were given the chance to be a mod here again I think it will be pleasant despite the disputes you have with other members here. You fit the qualifications and your well expirienced.

Azarel - I think you have what it takes to be given the position you want. Especially in the resource center of this community your really helpful and appreciated by others.

Kathleen - I'm impressed by your talent and your personality. I like the way you share your ideas and how you express them, I also like the face that your not scared of what other people say and you know your boundaries. I think you will do well on your position.

thank you mike however beacuse of the misunderstanding of what i meant with the chef to mod comparisons
i will explain once more what i meant i explained this to Tina

and beacuse i didnt make that clear enough i have gone to edit my application so if you still think i am not ready yet first read the revised one PM me and tell me you still feel the same or maybe just maybe youve changed your mind.
beacuse i feel as if people misunderstood what i meant and i had really thought from all the people who liked my application that they had understood that i wasnt comparing the actual job i was comparing the description
