I would think, the same way you would deal with any blood stain.
I'm guessing it'll be hard. |

after it happens... like within a few hours you can put warm water on it and then salt- which will absorb the blood. but i guess that only works if you have spots.... not like a puddle
would hydrogen peroxide work? |

soak it in cold water and then put soap and rub it, or you can simple just buy new bed sheets.

Yeah, cold water and soap should work. But if the spot is big and has kind of sat for a while you might end up having to get rid of your sheets.

Soak in hot water, use some soap i guess, for as long as you can sustain doing that. And then put it in the washing machine. Hope that works. Never tried it though, just using best judgement..

Well I have this stuff called Zout... it's great because it's like soap/bleach for colors or something. I usually get most of it out with soap and water but the really bad stains I use the Zout.

Cold water & soap usually does the trick! But not hot water, that'll make the stain set

get new sheets? or just bleach your entire sheet white? thats why you're suppose to track your days so when you think you're gonna get it you start wearing a liner or a small tampon
