text when hovering, mouse is still. help please |

okay so i've seen that if you like keep your mouse still hovering over something (not a link) there's text next to it. like there;s a box of text next to it on myspace. anyone know the code for it?
i hope i made it clear, if not tell me and maybe i can put a picture of what it looks like please & thank you |

It only works with images, but you can use this image tag:

oh wait. there's no way you can do it for like a section on the myspace. because i would lay my mouse on a part of my friends myspace (non-pic) and there would be the mouse pointer and a text box next to it saying "i know you like it". * sorry i said hovering but not hovering* her myspace is private so i cant send the link. help please
