XD.gif I let someone used my computer and then they told me that they accidently deleted notepad. Really bad timing 'cause she told me right after I cleaned my recycle bin. Long story how she did it, but yeah, how can I get it back? -.- asdzcasfshqwr

It should be under C:\Windows
Make a shortcut of it and drag it into your Start Menu.

did she delete the shortcut?
try searching for it or doing a system restore and set it to right before they 'deleted' it.

probably just deleted the shortcut under accessories or something. It still their, it impossible (for computer newbies) to delete notepad without actually physically editing and remove notepad from the harddrive.

U can type in "notepad" into RUN...in your startmenu and it should pop up.

To make a new shortcut, go to: C:\WINDOWS\system32
look for notepad, right click. make a shortcut to your desktop. then just drag it back into your accessories.
