This is ridiculous. It's completely worthless; the whole point of anonymous shoutouts' anonymity was for them to be more fun than PMing or things you wouldn't necessarily want to say to them so privately and personally. This, however, is complete spam as if you want to say something to a person, and have them 100% certain the message is for them, SEND IT TO THEM.
Had we not agreed before that this sort of thing wasn't allowed? |

^ No, KC, she's right. That's why we made anonymous shoutouts. This is a good idea, but it is indeed spam. The fact that this is nothing but conversation, I'm gonna have to close this. That's what we have the PM system for and chat room. Sorry man.
