I have never had the chance to bench but I do sets with 25 pounds dumbells. The heaviest person I ever lifted was 210 on my arms and 230 on my shoulders. And if a girl jumps up on my and wraps her legs around my waist I can hold her up aslong as she is not more then 230. My girlfriend at one point was 210 and she used to love it when I would pick her up like that. I am probably not as strong as I used to be. After she got pregnant I didn't have much activity except for running up and down the stairs for her. I gained some fat and lossed a lot of muscle. I know I can still but at least 220 on my shoulders. I am used to it because my bookbg used to weigh 40-55 pounds. It was funny cause most of my friends had to drag my book bag unil 8th grade. I am starting to work out again and when I get some cash that I can splurg on what ever I want (right now I have a son who needs come before mine) I am getting a membership to a gym. I will finally find out how much I can bench.

I can only carry about 10-15 pounds. pinch.gif Yay for being small boned! I can lift about 30 times, then my arms start aching.
