QUITE a bit. Especially when your boobs are a little swollen right before your period. Pain. I doubt it's like getting hit in the balls for guys, though.

duh it hurts. one time during gym,I was playing around trying to punch my friend in the clavicle(collar bone) but I missed, and hit her really hard in the boob. she dropped like a dead bird. and then she punched me in the same spot yeah so. it hurts |

im a guy, but when i used to swim in the beach my nipples used to hurt a lot because of the salt water. Now my nipples are used to it.

sometimes it hurts...it's probably not as bad as getting kicked in the balls.
i use to can't lay flat on my stomach b/c my boobs would hurt..last month i could..but not now cause it's sore |

Yeah, I think it would hurt more during that time of the month or when they're growing..but I've never really been hit in the boobs so I wouldn't really know.

for girls getting hit in the boobs is like a guy getting hit in the balls... when a girl is in PMS... the boobs get sentitive with touch... and it hurts when a girl lays on them... at least for me... and if a guy hit a girl in the boobs... why did he do that? that would be called sexual conduct my friend |
