I think they were never in and never out.

out for most.. in for those who can pull them off. kinda off topic, pirate boots on the other hand, well they aren't called pirate boots, aren't bad. one of my friend has them and she can pull it off, but i've seen some other people who have them and just can't. my friend's boots remind me of johnny depp though in pirates XD.gif

i have a pair. i think they`re out.
i wore them to school though with a white bubble skirt and a brown off the shoulder sweater, it looked really nice & everyone was like "ohmygaaaah cutee".

who cares if they`re in or out though, if you like them, wear them. =D

like they said, only some people can pull them off.
