can anyone suggest to me a calligraphy-style font that i could use for the dates on my xanga?? i don't want anything too fancy, just a rather simple one. and i also want to make sure that most browsers support it...
check out my xanga if you want to get a feel for my page and it's simpleness..

uploading fonts on your comp doesn't mean you can now atomatically use it for your xanga. when you upload a font go to your computer control panel then go to where ever you downloaded the font (i suggest having your own folder for downloaded fonts) then open the font (double click) and decompress the file, then copy (right click and push copy) the one with the fonts logo (if you open it it shows all the characters in the font) then go to my computer then go to apperances and themes then go to font. then right click on an empty space on the fonts page and paste it into the font page. this will upload the font unto your somputer so you can use it in all programs on yout computer. than you can use that font on pictures you make for your xanga or documents you write :D

well, did you change the font?

div.blogheader, .caption {
/* edit the dates */
font-family:arial; <- change that to the font name you downloaded
text-transform:lowercase;
font-size:12px;
color:#000000;
background-color: transparent;
text-align: left;
font-weight:bold;
padding-left:4px;
padding-bottom:0px;
}

but not all people can see that font.. only those who downloaded the same font as yours can see it n_n;
