A big difference between IE and FF Options

I am about to scream in a minute if I don't figure this out. I'm making a Div layout and I'm placing the informations where it needs to be going but my problem? On Firefox things are looking great but when I view it on Internet Explorer everything is WAY out of whack. I'll post up the coding if it helps, just let me know. Any help at all would be awesome. Thanks!

If it's the positioning... whatever is not aligned on internet explorer... go onto firefox, open up the edit profile, and take off the "margins" so instead of sayin margin-left or margin-top it should read left or top... the margins were drivin me nuts with my profile. I HATE INTERCRAP EXPLORER!! :D

Second give each div a zindex. To do so before the ">
add z-index: #; Give each one a different number.

For example your bg div can be :

I tried that and still the text over flows out of the box it that it looks fine in on Firefox. Am I seriously missing something or what? I don't understand where I'm going wrong.

But then check firefox. Does it look the same as IE when you change the tites and add z-indexes? If so then you just need to reposition it .
