You ca't change the colour on that picture, unless you take it to Paint MS or another program & edit it, which will probably end up looking like crap & taking an extensive ammount of time. Plus, you would still have to give credit.

You have to give credit to whoever like above said but you can try putting a color overlay on it.

anime.essence's way is compatible with photoshop. It's practically impossible to do on MS Paint; it'll turn out like crap. On PSP, you go to Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize.
Mess around with colors & stuff. |
