you can use different filters on photoshop & i think photocopy on photoshop looks kind of like that. i dont know about the second one. i think they either drew it on photoshop, or drew it irl and scanned it and fixxed it on photoshop.

I don't know any sites that give them for free. You might have to try googling. I'm not positive it is line art either it just looks familiar.
There are ways for you to make it. Where did you get the image? |

Eh I don't have any places right now but I'll try to keep my eyes open for them. It could of been made by them. Try asking if no one comes up with something. Sorry I wish I knew a site .
