i was running once and then the next morning i felt sore around my abdomin(sp?), thighs, stomach area. yeah but it means that i've been working those areas out. so i love that feeling.

You can't keep running from what you're trying to find.

I think it's because you're straining yourself more then you're used to. But if you keep on with the running the cramps should stop, unless you run too much.

never heard of that, i'm going to try that tommorow.

i usually get cramps on the treadmill cause i drank too much water, despite the cramps i keep on running though, i don't want it to be an excuse to hit the stop button. happy.gif

Well, if it's your first time running a lot (maybe you're on track?) then your muscles aren't used to the extra work. In that case, it's normal for them to get cramped after you run. After a while you'll get used to it and they won't happen anymore.

Anyway, to get rid of them try stretching fully before you run to get your blood flowing and then stretch again after you run to keep them from getting sore/cramping.
