I like the banner, it's really nice =)
But your entries are out of order with the..yellow column thing..It's overlapping it. Yeah, I suck at html talk. Overall, good job!

Oiii it's a bit misaligned on Firefox, but it's really good for your first try! Way better than mine was, anyway.
 Just a minor tip -- perhaps try placing the text (the Pharrell Williams) elsewhere? It looks too busy in that area. Also, maybe add more links than the Look and Feel? It looks.. odd that that's the only link there.

but for a first try, that's really good i remember making my first xanga layout..
