My school has uniforms.
Really ugly ones.
And yes, I roll my skirt.
But the teachers make up un-roll it in winter, especially.
Or the head of the disciplinary deparment decided to randomly enforce the rules to a stronger extent when winter started.
I don't mind my uniforms, I got used to them, but it turns every day into beauty competition for the other girls.
I mock them.
I seriously measured a kilometer of make-up on their faces!

No we dont have to. Even though the school has been talking about it they never follow through with it.
Sometimes I wish we had uniforms then it wouldn’t take me so long to pick out an outfit.
Plus there’s that whole fashion competition where people judge a person on what they’re wearing. Thinking there better then everyone because they’re wearing a certain brand of clothing when some other people dont wear brands at all. Some people in my school are like that and with uniforms none of that would happen anymore.

Hm, my school doesn't require uniform, but I really don't see what the big deal is. I wouldn't mind wearing a uniform...Plus it'd be fun trying to spruce it up without breaking any rules =)

yes i wear uniforms. i like it because i don`t have to spend time figuring out what i`m going to wear. our skirts have to be at least up to our knees. no less. and out shirts have to be tucked in.

we have white blouses and greenish &blue-ish skirts.

Well, I go to private school so yeah, we have uniforms, but I actually enjoy them. They unify you more with your peers, and I think it makes the learning process more enjoyable. Sure, I am a rather eclectic person and what I wear when I get out of school does not mirror my school identity, but that doesn't mean I don't like them. Before I started at the school I was morally against uniforms in fear that it infringes upon your individuality, but they really do help take your focus off what you're wearing and put it more where it counts-- like your school work.

No thank goodness. I don't think I would really like to wear uniforms, the fact that girls have to wear skirts doesn't really make me all that happy about it. Atleast around here its like that. Although I could see where they would want to switch to uniforms to get rid of what ever they may want to call it. (sterotyping by clothing, etc.) Awe I like the uniforms they have in Japan, those I wouldn't actually hate wearing even if their skirts/dresses. Leg warmers look good with them too and quite comfy.
