but how you do this to a picture in photoshop?

I would also suggest washing the image out by duplicating it and desaturating the copy. Lower the opacity of the desaturated layer and you should get a sort of washed-out ashen tone to the skin.
The eyes you can achieve by just brushing over the eyes in the picture (on a new layer!) and maybe lowering the opacity a smidgen. Anything else could be done by looking at those tutorials Toya gave you. |
