DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT KINDA (FREE)COMPUTER DOWNLOADS I CAN GET TO HELP ME MAKE ANIMATED PICTURES.......like for example taking a picture and puttin animated words on it!!! Pleazz Help

Can you possible stop tying in caps. We can read lowercase I swear.
Animation shop I think it might cost money not sure. But you can always try these: Click here. I can't quarantee that anyone here can help you if you have a problem with it or not or if there are tutorials online. If you have photoshop use imageready. |

Actually its rather annoying and we can all read so its not necessary.
To keep this to the point... problem solved or do you need other programs? |
