Exactly what the title asked.
Is there any ways on how to be with somebody but not fall in love with them? I am giving my ex a second try on our relationship. I lost a lot of amont of feelings for her but still have a little bit of love. But I'm afraid that she will hurt me again so is there any ways to be with her but not fall in love? Any suggestion, tips, advices...? thanks =) |

I will eventually....
Just don't want to give her my trust 100%. and if I fall in love and she does that again....i will get hurt at the end it's crazy, isn't it? |

It's either you love the person or don't love the person =/ it's a harsh world. There's no in between otherwise...it's pointless. Atleast in my perspective. Find another girl whom you trust 100% and who trusts you 100%. Take care

you can love somebody and not be with them, but you really can't be with them and not love them. Feelings develop....whether you want them to or not. I tried to do what your title suggests....by being "together" with a close guy friend of mine but promising myself that I'd never develop any kind of feelings for him past a friend....the ending of that? We're together now because I fell for him and he had feelings for me too.
If you don't want to end up falling for her again, don't even think about giving her a second chance. You can always love her in your heart. And just cuz you love her, doesn't necessarily means that you have to be with her. =] |

Ditto the second post. It seems contradictory to be with someone but not want to fall in love. I mean, if you're in a relationship, hopefully you love/are in love with them.

I have heard of people getting back with their ex's, only they don't get to attached to them. For example, I guess they don't let their girlfriend/boyfriend become their top priority. But I always believed in second chances, but you do whatever you think feels right.
