These tutorials on here for vectoring images, don't explain very well. So does anybody know about any other good tutorials for vectoring images? ermm.gif

Have you looked on Vexels.net? They have some really good tutorials on there.

Do you know the basics though? Maybe you don't think they explain it well because you don't know the basics. I'd suggest starting simple; practice using the pen tool to create objects and then move on to people. Which tutorials weren't explained well? Feel free to ask here if you need a clarification. _smile.gif

i'm not that good with making things with the pen tool, so how do I make vectors out of that?

Do a lot of pen tool practice before you start vectoring. There are tutorials all over the web for that alone.

i have looked at some tutorials, and all of them say to posterize the image. do i have to posterize, will it make a difference some how?

Well I'm not expert but posterizing the image REALLY helps you get it. Well for me it really helps me attempt it. IF you don't posterize I have a feeling you might not have a "amazing" vector.

All you have to do is duplicate the picture layer and posterize the top layer only.
