Yes, I am circumcised. My parents made the decision to have me circumcised when I was 8 because the extra skin was making it so my trips to restroom were very frequent since it didn't all get pissed out.

You still need a condom lol, sperm can find its way around the skin anyways, and I don't think the skin still covers the hole that much when you're hard.
