Both. Never more than two tampons a day. You should always use at least one pad a day. Well that's what is written on my tampons box ^^. I'm always scared of getting that disease you can have with tampons.

lol pads most of the time...I feel to insecure when I wear a tampon...like something could go horribly wrong in so many ways at any time...so pads are fine with me.

Tampons. I avoid pads at ALLLL costs. I don't even sleep in them. But I sleep for only 7 hours, so I can wear a tampon to bed.

I use tampons. Tampax Pearl to be exact.
They're not un-confortable. &Plus I have a heavy period so I really have no choice. |

Tampons by Playtex
My friend told me that her dad (who is a doctor) said that Tampax Pearl tampons give you TSS more easily x_X I'm not sure if this is true or not, but it scared me to death. Playtex is the most comfortable, anyways. ^_^ and I agree, PADS ARE HORRIBLE X_X |
