Spam, n00bs, chatspeak, various other annoyances.. Sure, they're bothersome, but do they REALLY hurt you? If someone makes a post that is barely legible at best, does it really hurt your eyes to read it? Do people who act very "n00by" really give you a headache? Are you just saying this because you think people will think it's funny?
I was just wondering, because a lot of the time if someone makes a spam topic, people fly off at them like "OMG YOU ARE SO ANNOYING, WHY DON'T THE MODS HURRY UP AND CLOSE THIS BEFORE IT KILLS ME?!" So yeah, I was curious as to whether or not this could actually happen, and if so.. I'm fascinated, please tell me more!  So yeah, this wasn't meant to be a rant or anything, just wondering if these things really make your head explode.

I get really annoyed when I can't read something because of horrific chatspeak, but I don't fly off the handle like I've seen a lot of people do. It bothers me to no end, but it doesn't hurt me, and I just don't say anything most of the time.

No. The only reason it would hurt me (my eyes, rather) is if the font is a neon color or it is too tiny. Otherwise, saying it just plain hurts you is ridiculous.

No, it doesnt. Only if the color is bright/hard to read. I dont really pay any mind to n00bs. And when they type in StIcKy or w/e, that is very annoying. but it doesnt hurt me, it is just sometimes difficult to read. |

I can't really say much because I haven't been here that long. The only thing that bothers me is when I click on the topic and it takes days to load because I have dialup and then you find out it's some stupid thing that doesn't even make sense. It wastes my time.

aha i really dont care. most the time i dont even take the time to say there annoying.. b/c usually little things like that dont get me mad or annoyed. i really dont awknowledge so called "NOOBS". We were all begginers at one point. so i really dont refer to anyone as a noob or spammer..i dont know thoo thats just me.

You're right. It's an annoyance. It won't kill anyone. But I still hate it. I think it's a waste of people's time reading through all these topics when half of them are completely pointless and people just want to make them just because they're bored.
