*go on the comp and open microsoft word
*play some depressing music (try piano)
*write a sad story using the music to thread the story, making ups and downs and exciting part or sad ones.
*it'll make you feel better, emotional but better

usually i cry and write in this journal-like notebook. or sometimes when i'm really pissed off, i punch the wall 'cause for me, it really lets the anger out. and other times, i just let the anger out on someone else :)

I'd go to a dark place like my bed, lol, and go to sleep. But, I have this problem where I cannot stop thinking about what I mad at. stubborn.gif Or I would just yell and cry at the person. That works too, lol.

All I do is vent for a couple minutes to my best friend and she gives good advice.
I don't break anything or scream, though.
Probably cause I'm lazy and then I would have to clean up.

I go to my room and vent in my journal while listening to music. Or I talk to the two people on AIM that can make me feel better when I'm angry. Sometimes I cry.

if you can't sleep, i found that taking walks a night under the stars help

scream..put on my boxing gloves and punch anything if i'm that mad, vent out and talk to one of my best friends.. but it takes a lottt to get me really mad.. i don't get mad over stupid petty things. i never go to sleep mad...i wouldn't be able to sleep. they also say scream into a pillow..or punch one hahaha

Hmm, I just stay to myself usually, if I'm around someone then I'm highly sarcastic and usually people can't stand to be around me at that time.

I usually hold it all in and try and forget about it but when it gets too much I just get depressed and stay in my room. I lie on my bed thinking about everything, then I think of worse sinerios. After a while I go and talk to someone and then I'm okay.

I think anger can be such an ugly emotion,
some if not, most people are just not rational when they're mad.

I perfer to exchange angry for sadness any day.
And in a way that's what I've attempted
to do for myself most of the time to get my mind off of that emotion.

But when I do have fits of anger, I argue,
raise my tone, say stupid things I don't mean..

And if I'm by myself when it happens I just
clench my fists with a bitter glare glued to my face
or perhaps pound on a wall or something.

Maybe even curse to myself. whistling.gif
