I'm new here, need your help Options

I have been trying to put a tracker in my live journal, I have been reading the posts on here about this, and am aware i have to post my own code which I have ; see below

into the S1 part of my ovverides section in my journal. When I log into createblog.com, to view my stats, there are none, despite the fact I have looked at my own journal.
it says "No data found. Make sure tracking code is correctly installed"

Do I have to have a paid account in order to be able to put a tracker into it?
