how to create custom header?? (below the ads) Options

Does anyone know what code to use (and where to put it) so that I can put an image or maybe text BELOW the Ads and myspace top nav. links? Kind of like how this band does it:

see what i mean though - it does not cover up any ads, it's just a header image that goes below the ads and nav links, but above the profile itself. i've really wanted this for a while but can't figure it out. thanks for any help.

Here's what you need to do, put this code anywhere you want:

Now, you need to put this anywhere you want, just keep it in the style tags.

.banner {width:800px; height:0000px; position:absolute; top:140px; left:50%; margin-left:-400px; text-align:center;}</style>

Change the IMGURL and 0000. Just make sure that the 0000 numbers are the same.
