shes 14 that means shes NOT UNDERAGE. ands if she claimed that she was a underage user then she like the 5 other girls that were sent to jail for false representation and guess what. i dont feel bad im tired of guys who yes they are myspace predators but its not fair for demi dumbass to get away with lying about her age and not get in trouble beacsue shes the "victim" f**k you. if your old enough to sue. your old enough to get in trouble for being a 12 year old whore and you shouldent be alowed to be seen by the public. |

It's her fault she didn't take any precautions when using MySpace. If she is 14, i'm sure she knows about internet predators. She should've known in the first place not to reveal ANY information that's personal to someone she doesn't know. She is so stupid. She isn't going to win.

And besides, if he was supposedly a "senior in highschool" he's already significantly older than her.
